📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which may include tracking information.

United States Shipping
(Shipped from the United States and delivered within the United States)

GENERAL SHIPPING RATES


Depending on the products order, these may fall under our “general shipping rates” which is as follows:


Within the USA:


  • $8.99 for Standard Shipping on orders less than $100

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more


Outside the USA:


  • $12.99 for Standard Shipping on orders less than $100

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more


The 1-3 day processing time in also relevant for general shipping rates.


SHIPPING & HANDLING FROM INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSES (China)


Please allow 1-3 days for handling and processing the order.  Once the item ships, you’ll be notified via email and you can expect delivery within 2-3 weeks.  Some items may be delivered in under 2 weeks.  


  • General Shipping Rates apply from International Warehouses.

  • Orders placed mid February - March will process after Chinese New Year has ended


🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local customs authority.

  • These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

🚚 Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High order volumes or holidays

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

📬 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
 We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
